Details of revision
This amendment, in accordance with the enactment of the Act on Promotion of Activities to Enhance Biodiversity in Local Areas, will add "restrictions on rights regarding land, etc. based on the succession effect of biological agreements" to the scope of important matters that must be explained.
The above enacted law stipulates that certified collaborating municipalities that have received certification for their "Collaboration Promotion Activity Implementation Plans" may enter into "Biodiversity Conservation Agreements" (hereinafter referred to as "Biological Agreements") with landowners and others.
The Biological Agreement also stipulates matters concerning activities within the area of the Agreement and stipulates measures to be taken in the event of a violation of the Agreement.
As a result, landowners and others in the area will have their rights regarding their land restricted.
In addition, the biological agreement will also be effective against persons who become landowners, etc. after the agreement is concluded.
In accordance with this, "restrictions on rights regarding land, etc. based on the succession effect of biological agreements" will be added to the statutory restrictions that are set out as subjects of important information disclosure by real estate agents.
This is required if you wish to provide important information regarding land etc. within the agreement area.
