One of the application items, ``Highest completed construction history used for ranking evaluation (past 6 or 8 years),'' indicates that the client is the Tokyo Metropolitan Government or another government agency, and the contract amount is 25 million yen ( (tax included) or above, the construction must be registered with Collins.
Collins Registration is a construction record information system established by the Japan Construction Information Center, a general incorporated foundation.
