Regarding the number of documents to be submitted

The number of submissions for new/updated registration applications, change notifications, annual status reports, etc. for construction consulting businesses.
For each application, one original copy (two original copies for status report), and if you want a copy of this, one copy is required.        
 

For other permits, a copy of the application form with the receipt stamp from the government office will be returned immediately.
However, be careful when it comes to construction consulting.
In the construction consulting business, receipts with a receipt stamp are not returned immediately, but after an examination within one to two months of submission.　

Therefore, if you want to know whether your application has been properly received at the government office or if you want a copy immediately, you will need to submit a copy of the application form for the reception stamp in addition to the copy of the application form.
In other words, you will need to submit two copies, one for the reception stamp and one for the receipt stamp.
Once submitted, a "reception stamp" will be stamped and returned to you in addition to the receipt stamp.　

This is something you must be careful about, as it is not listed on the government office's website.
If you want a copy of this right away, please remember to also submit the application form for the reception stamp.
