② On-the-job training (OJT) such as accompanying the service provider or senior staff for a certain period of time

③ Providing detailed explanations to foreign care workers and creating career development plans together with foreign care workers

④ Measures against harassment, such as creating manuals and setting up consultation desks

⑤ Creating an environment that utilizes ICT to prepare for unforeseen circumstances

[Requirements (2 points)]

① In principle, the applicant must be a foreign care worker who has at least one year of practical experience at a care facility, etc. and has completed initial training, etc.

② Provide the user or family with a written explanation and ask the user or family to sign the document.

What are the necessary procedures and responses?

　Businesses that employ foreign care workers to provide home-visit services must follow the procedures and take the following steps.

① Application for conformity confirmation

　Before the receiving facility begins providing visiting care services to foreign care workers, it must submit a confirmation of compliance to the Japan International Welfare Corporation.

A Certificate of Conformity must be issued.

② Response to patrol visits

　The Japan International Welfare Corporation will make regular visits to businesses that employ foreign care workers in home-visit services.

③Regular report

　Your career development plan must be updated regularly and submitted to the Japan International Welfare Service.
