When changing officers, be careful about the registration schedule!

Hello everyone!
This is Hirai from the Shinjuku head office.
If there is a change in the representative or officer, within 14 days from the date of the change,
You will need to submit a notification of change to the Association of Registered Offices.
However, to submit a change notification, a certified copy of all the latest history items after registration is required.
A new certified copy must be completed within 14 days of the change.
Depending on the registration status, you may not be able to make it in time.
What should I do in that case?
As a general rule, many associations require notification after the certified copy has been completed and all the notification documents have been prepared.
In this case, in many cases, a statement of reasons for the delay is not required even after 14 days have passed since the change.
It is best to prepare all documents and submit the application within the deadline.
If there is a change in the representative or officer, please consult with a judicial scrivener in advance.
Please schedule your registration in advance.
We can also assist you with notification of changes, so we look forward to hearing from you.
