Wording in the contract

For business operators starting a transportation business or adding a new mode of transportation, there are some things to be aware of regarding the wording of the contract.

For example, when starting a freight forwarding business, there is a ``contract'' concluded with another company, but the wording in this contract must clearly state that ``we will conduct a freight forwarding business.''

In the past, at the screening stage, judgments were sometimes made by linking the phrase "transportation business" to the transportation used, but recently, clear descriptions are often required.
