Regular application and occasional application

There are two types of bid participation qualifications: periodic application and occasional application.

What is periodic application? Apply if you want to receive certification from the beginning of the list certification period (2 years).
What is an occasional application? Apply when you want to change the certification or certification content at any time during the list certification period (2 years).

Depending on the local government, it is possible to participate in the application at any time even after the regular application has ended.
There are many local governments that only accept regular applications, so be careful!
