To prove that you have practical experience in the new real estate registration procedure,

A "Certificate of Work Experience" and "Employee List" are required.

For example, if your name changes due to marriage, etc.

There may be cases where the names on the past employee list and the work experience certificate do not match.

What should I do in that case?

In Tokyo, you are required to provide additional documentation showing the history of your name.

Example) Driver's license with maiden name on it
