To the carriers you use: Due to the application of the new terms and conditions, you will need to notify us of changes in fares and charges.

Hello.
This is Sanpei from the Akihabara branch.
2017Years11Month4In line with the revision of Japan's Standard Freight Vehicle Transport Terms and Conditions, the Standard Freight Vehicle Transportation Terms and Conditions have been revised.
I'm sure you've received the postcard, but did you know that the carrier you use also needs to notify the Transport Bureau of changes in fares and charges?
A major amendment to the new terms and conditions is that compensation for services other than transportation, such as "loading charges," "unloading charges," and "waiting time charges," must be clearly specified on the waybill as "fees." It's a point.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism recommends the use of the new terms and conditions and requests that notifications be submitted promptly after November 4th. However, only about 30% of the trucking companies have notified the changes, and it is expected that only a small number of the transport companies they use have been able to respond. (12Month15as of today)
If you apply the new terms and conditions and collect "loading charges," "unloading charges," "waiting time charges," etc., you will need to submit a notification of change in freight and charges. Also, please note that even if you use the old standard articles of incorporation or newly established terms and conditions, you will still need to apply for approval.
We support the application of various change notifications, including notification of changes to fares and charges.
The first consultation is free.
