The following types of projects are not eligible for subsidies:

① Projects in which the applicant is only involved in planning
② A business that does not involve substantial labor or a business that is primarily asset management-related
 3) A business that leases constructed or purchased facilities and equipment to a specific third party for a long period of time without using them for business purposes.
 4) The new business is a primary industry business.
 ⑤Duplicate projects
⑥ Double receipt of funds from the national treasury and public systems

◆Notes regarding application costs

You need to get competitive bids and select the company that offers the lowest price.
・If the total estimated amount per contract exceeds 1 yen (excluding tax), comparative bids must be obtained from three or more parties.
 - Competitive bids from paper companies or vendors with no sales history will not be accepted.
・If the majority of the recorded expenses are not eligible for subsidy, the project will be rejected or cancelled as it will be difficult to implement the subsidized project smoothly.
・Power generation equipment and associated facilities for generating electricity from renewable energy sources are not eligible for subsidies.
-Items that can be repurposed for existing businesses or that have general-purpose uses that could be used for purposes other than their intended purpose are not eligible for subsidies.
Examples: PCs, printers, digital multifunction devices, smartphones, cameras, books, furniture, home appliances, etc.
・Expenses paid by any method other than bank transfer are not eligible for subsidy.

◆ Eligible expenses will be reviewed after the grant decision is made (grant application)

Eligible expenses will be reviewed at the time of application.
Even if your project is selected as a grant candidate for this project, all expenses recorded at the time of application will be eligible for subsidy.
Please note that this may not be the case.
In addition, in principle, it is not permitted to include in the grant application any expenses that have not been recorded at the time of application.

◆ Submit a report on the results of the subsidized project within the specified period (Performance report)

Complete procedures such as contract (order), delivery, inspection, payment, and submission of the subsidized project performance report within the subsidized project implementation period.
It will be necessary to do so.
If the report is not submitted by the deadline, the grant will be cancelled.

◆ Curbing excessive investment

If applications for similar themes or facilities are concentrated in a specific period, there is a risk of excessive investment being induced due to a temporary fad.
If an application is deemed to be an excessive investment, it will be reviewed separately.
Since it is deemed difficult to implement the business in accordance with the market analysis, a significant deduction will be implemented.

◆ Compliance with various laws and regulations

・Various violations of laws and regulations, failure to obtain necessary licenses
・Projects not approved under this subsidy program
