I was able to rely on the people in charge (Mr. Tatsuchi and Mr. Ohno) from start to finish, including answering the phone, speeding up issues, and confirming unclear points with the government and getting back to them.
I was worried about Mr. Ohno's retirement, but Mr. Tatsuchi took over the role successfully, and I was able to successfully complete the approval without any worries.
As a business owner, if you are being trained to deal with telephone calls, I was wondering how you are doing it. Everything is completed through phone calls and emails, so having photos of the staff posted on the website (although I couldn't find Mr. Ohno) gives clients a sense of security.
I think I will be working at a second store soon, and I would like to ask Mr. Tatsuchi to be in charge at that time.
