The service was prompt and efficient, and overall I am very satisfied.
On the other hand, in this case, we were not fully aware of the details of the procedure (e.g., changing the name of the solar power generation), which is why we asked a specialist to handle it. In that regard, the status reports were basically given by email, and there were times when the content felt a little difficult to understand.
As someone who is responsible for reporting to the seller and buyer, I would be grateful if you could provide more easily understandable information. It would also be better if you could share the information with our customers via a group email without going through us, or find some way to reduce the burden on us as an intermediary.
