This license is a new system created by the deregulation in 2025, and I myself participated in the discussions on this deregulation as a member of the working group of the Japan Securities Dealers Association in my previous position. However, in actually going through the acquisition process, I encountered various challenges that were not foreseeable during the discussion stage.
