Directions from Shinjuku Station
① Exit JR Shinjuku Station [South Exit] and turn right♪ (Go straight for about 5 minutes)
② Cross the traffic light next to Family Mart and turn right at the brick-colored building!
③Go straight until you reach the end of the brick-colored stairs♪
④This is the Monolith Building. Go up the stairs and through the entrance to the back and you'll find the Tokyo Head Office! Look for the blue and white door.
Directions from Tochomae Station
① Depart from Exit A2 of Tochomae Station on the Toei Oedo Line!
② [A2] After exiting the exit, go to the right.
③Go a little to the right and go up the stairs on your right.
④When you go up the stairs, you will see the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly Building on your right and Keio Plaza Hotel on your left.
⑤Go straight ahead and you will see the Shinjuku Monolith Building on your left.

①The parking lot entrance is on the Shinjuku NS Building/Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building side (District 1).
②Please continue straight ahead.
③Receive your parking ticket at the gate and enter the parking lot.
*Vehicles must be no larger than 2,6m in height (2,1m on the 3rd basement floor), 2,2m in width, and 6m in length.
Motorcycles and bicycles are not permitted.
