I believe that whenever I am faced with something I don't know or an area in which I have no experience, it is an opportunity for growth.
I feel that by honestly acknowledging and facing the things I don't understand, rather than trying to hide or gloss over them, I am able to truly see things from the same perspective as my customers and team members.
When I first handled a visa case, I was often confused by the technical terminology and industry-specific customs.
At that time, I frankly asked my senior, "Can you tell me how to research this?" and he kindly shared with me the specific methods for checking and points to look out for, and together we were able to sort out the issues and find solutions.
As a result, the relationship of trust between me and my superiors was strengthened and I was able to receive great satisfaction from my clients.
Through this experience, I have come to strongly feel that the source of trust and results is to communicate openly, without being afraid of "not knowing something."
Going forward, I will continue to use my experience to date as a foundation to steadily tackle challenges together with my team, one step at a time.

I chose to become an administrative scrivener, a bridge between the government and the community, because I wanted to be of service to others.
I felt particularly rewarded when I received a request for a grant just before the deadline and was able to complete the application successfully.
When the client expressed his gratitude to me with a happy look on his face, saying "Thank you very much!", I felt a great sense of confidence and accomplishment.
Even though these applications are particularly difficult among my daily work and have short deadlines, they are also daunting requests, but the sense of accomplishment I get when I complete them and the words of gratitude I receive from the requesters motivate me.
