Originally from Saitama Prefecture, she decided to pursue a career in social welfare after experiencing the challenges of having a disabled younger brother. In her previous job, she worked in support roles at after-school day services and residential facilities for disabled children. After gaining practical experience in the field, she obtained a social worker qualification to further her knowledge of social welfare. Her hobby is watching baseball, and on her days off, she cheers with all her might from the stands, drawing strength from the excitement and sense of unity at the stadium.
Leveraging practical experience in the welfare field, I handle designation applications for disability welfare services and licensing procedures for hotels and inns. My strength lies in providing highly effective support from a business owner's perspective, stemming from a deep understanding of actual operations and challenges. I sincerely support the establishment of businesses rooted in the local community.
Because we understand the situation on the ground, we can offer unique solutions.
We work in step with service providers to build a foundation for better care.
Leveraging my experience in the field of disability welfare, I am in charge of application for designation of welfare businesses and licensing procedures related to the lodging and hotel industry.
Because I have worked closely with clients and their families as a supporter,
Not only does it meet the institutional requirements,
We strive to provide application support that values the perspectives of those who actually use the service and the staff working on-site.
We stand by the desire of businesses to "deliver better support,"
Practical proposals that take into account actual on-site operations,
We strive to provide clear and courteous support.
