Because I know what it was like to be anxious,
I want to be the one that others can rely on.
I still clearly remember my first time coming to Japan.
As a student and as a working professional, there were countless things I didn't understand and many anxieties regarding residence status.
The system is complex, and one procedural mistake can throw your entire life in Japan into disarray.
With no one to rely on, I had no choice but to proceed by trial and error.
At that moment, I realized just how important it is to have someone you can trust and confide in.
That's why, as a consultant, I don't want to be merely a procedural agent.
As someone who has walked the same path as a foreigner, I can see things from a different perspective and empathize with the anxieties of others.
Cultural and linguistic barriers, as well as the complexity of administrative procedures.
I believe my role is to stand in between and build a bridge between them.
To help those who are anxious about the procedures in Japan to move forward with peace of mind.
As a bridge between culture, language, and institutions, we will continue to engage with each individual.
