10 minutes a day

January is the season for setting goals.
I have never achieved a big goal or a vague goal (aspiration) ><
Persistence is power, so this year,
Make it a strategy to complete a task that takes no more than 10 minutes every day.
I immediately set up a goal in the dedicated app to "watch one lecture video every day," and so far I've been able to complete it for half a month!
What took me six months of video watching last year with breaks has now resulted in me being able to finish it in about a month.
(I tried to do about half a month's worth of work on my days off using the same method as last year.)
I feel like I can do more than 10 minutes a day,
I think it suits me to lower the hurdle to getting started.
Once you start watching the videos, you'll end up making progress on about five of them.
The app itself is also like, "Can you really finish this in 10 minutes? / It only allows you to set one thing."
It's something that must have been thoroughly researched, as it's something that they emphasize so strongly.
This year is going to be a busy one with so many events,
I will just complete this 10-minute task.
