Moments when you can enjoy your work

This is Katayama.

The hot summer is over and autumn is finally here.
I was infected with COVID-8 in mid-August and had to take a long break,
The company also has a system for working from home,
I was able to work while keeping an eye on my health and also get plenty of rest.

Now, are there any moments when you feel like your work is fun?

Even in marathons and mountain climbing, there are times when it is difficult,
The joy you feel when you reach the finish line will turn all the difficult times into fond memories.

There are moments when I enjoy my work as well.

However, it is rare to find a job that feels the same.
It also depends on individual perceptions and values.

I've been working at the company since it was first established,
There are many times when I feel that the company's journey so far is the same as my own life's journey.
Considering the company's history
　When we recruit new graduates and the entire company is full of young people and the workplace is full of energy.
　When the head office moved to Shinjuku Monolith
　When our sales reached an all-time high and we all received a cash gift
　When the Osaka branch finally moved to its long-desired new building
And so on.

I also like to try new things,
I jumped into this company, but I didn't have many skills.
I learned from the very beginning with the help of the CEO, my superiors, and my colleagues.
It's a really fun moment when you can feel yourself growing.
